I can hear that you're finding the current situation difficult to live through, and that's understandable given the pain that you've expressed. You've mentioned meeting friends, which can be helpful to take your mind off things for a little while and get support - how would you feel about reaching out to friends to do this?
I noticed you reflecting on how your experiences of past trauma might have led you to feel uncomfortable with your ex having other girls on his phone, and you're doing so well to explore this with self-awareness and curiosity. What I'm hearing is that those past traumas have been really impactful, and perhaps left you with a sense of fear around what could happen if someone you love is talking to other women. I wonder, have you ever had the opportunity to receive any support and help processing those past traumas? You're so deserving of time and compassion around those experiences, and it sounds like they might have been very hurtful.
I'm also hearing you was having counselling with The Mix but there were some issues with your phone number and getting up for it. Is this an option you would like to explore again?
hi @LolaPumpkin13 were here for you and we’re listening. have you reached out to your gp abt maybe talking abt everything that is bothering you atm?
we do care abt you! the best place to start getting help is contacting your gp and asking to talk to them abt what’s going on for you etc. bc then they can refer you to places.
Breakup's can be so difficult and it sounds like what you are going through is really getting you down, I wonder if you have a go to film or activity that can make you feel any better for the time being? Maybe we can think of one together?
