    Aww, thanks so much for your compliments. I do try to be kind and supportive and I am glad you think I am!

    It is often the worst when little things build up into thinking everything is all bad. Are you able to unpick all of the little things? This could be on here, to someone you trust, or in writing.

    The most important thing is that you have already recognised that you are in a bad place and you know what has caused this. Identifying what is wrong can help you to find strategies for managing each.

    A coffee, snack and potentially shopping later sound like a great plan! My plans are to listen to music :)

    @GreenTea I like spiced rum as well. Haven’t had it for aaaages actually though I do have some in the back of my cupboard somewhere.

    @Laura_tigger82 that’s true, I’ve tried to recognise it and deal with it but it’s hard. My partner has been great, he’s listened to my half hour long rants about all the little things several times this week lol. Ooh I’ll probably listen to some music too, what kind of music do you like?

    Of course, it is hard @independent_ and I am really sorry to hear you are experiencing a tough time. I am really glad to hear you have someone who you can trust and talk to though <3

    My music taste is wide-ranging and varies from Bring Me The Horizon and Eminem to Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran and some country music too! What types of music do you like?

    I hope we can help to distract you @GreenTea. What do you normally find distracts you? For me, it is music, movies, colouring, and warm baths!

    I will probably go buy some more wine before Christmas @GreenTea, prosecco especially!!!

    @Laura_tigger82 ooh, my music taste is very similar, I don’t like any specific genres, if I like a song then I like a song. There are no limits. But I do especially like upbeat dance and hard style music. But I also like Ed Sheeran. My playlist is very random.

    That's a good thing about lists @GreenTea. You don't need to allocate time for tasks but you get the pleasure of crossing things off your list and ticking them off =)

    The other thing I enjoy is putting on my wireless headphones and dancing along to music whilst doing chores.

    I sense a Taylor Swift day for you @zaynab_5 ! So many good songs and albums <3
