    Ohh I was a nightmare with my retainer , I used to take it out in my sleep and not notice till I found it on my bedroom floor next morning 🤣… pretty sure dottie ate my last ones as I lost them and never found them again but would find bits of plastic everywhere

    @Shaunie it's a good group I go with for a walk on a Monday, although it is at 11am so I may be even more tired in the morning lol.

    I only have to wear them to sleep because of jaw clenching. It's so uncomfortable

    My teeth are damaged from other reasons too, I have to have fluoride varnish last week and will probably need it again in 6 months, along with other kssues. but the clenching is causing my teeth to ware down.

    Yeahh can imagine it hurts . I ended up having to have 14 fillings over the last 6 months because of certain issues Defo not a fun time . I think my grinding is stress becasue my mouth aches soo fucking much when I wake up lately

    I need a load of fillings too. My front top teeth are in bad shape as well. It's gonna be an expensive few months.

    Might just be cheaper to get them all pulled and wear dentures tbh. Can have myself some pearly whites then

    @Apollo it was Easy on Me by Adele, had to play it once more. I made it to bed but no doubt I won’t sleep for ages because it’s boiling and my brain is wired.
