    I really want to start healthy eating does anyone know good alternatives that are good snack food but not fatty. Except for rice cakes. I want something with more health in it. But everything is so expensive. I don’t eat much but when I do it’s mostly junk food and think why I’m tired so much

    Shaunie have you looked at getting sugar free / reduced sugar/ salt versions of things to begin with?

    @GreenTea does lying in bed and rewatching Hamilton count as a plan? I got out of bed at 6pm yesterday so as long as I get up before then it’s an improvement (wow that makes me sound so lazy aha) you?
