    Sorry we are just getting to this now. No worries - ha I even had to ask @Ed_ what it was. It's when you quote something that's already been quoted, and it appears in the thread layered in multiple boxes. 

    The term folding - means it would hide all previous quotes except the most recent oppose to lots of quote boxes inside boxes? 

    Does that make sense - kinda tricky to explain lol? 

    If anyone wants to expand or has a better way of explaining then please feel free to jump in :)

    @Starlight mine does that, if resetting it doesn’t work it’s probably a problem with the cable rather than the box. What network are you with?

    Yeah I’m thinking that @independent_ we’re with sky, I’ve taken all the cords out the box and put them back it aha and it’s done nothing think my mums going to ring them

    @GreenTea I bet you are!! Did you get more sleep last night@Starlight we used to be with Sky and it did the same withouts. They have Sky at my partner’s and he’s always complaining about how his internet isn’t working. Definitely ring them hopefully they can fix it :)

    I’m with BT. It can be ok but at certain times of the day lols morning and late evening about 11.45pm, the internet plays games.

    My WiFi is usually amazing, we never really have any major issues but this has happened 3 times I think now in the last year or so when it’s just like nah mate I’m good I’ll just not work at all. Don’t think it has the will to live anymore aha
