    Made brownies with my sister. I wanted to swiss roll cause too much sugar in brownies but apperntly swiss roll is too hard so just gone with this. Our weighing scales broke so we just guess. Not too bad i dont think ha

    My old science teacher said that he was proud of me for actually smiling today. The rest of the week has been really sad. I am only happy because my favourite band are hopefully performing (well a tribute act because the main person died) on Sunday at a concert.

    I lasted the whole splash hour session today at the leisure centre today with my niece despite being really nervous because of the SH scars on my thighs. Even saw my old Year 6 and Reception teacher so that was a défentie throw back !

    Today I tackled breakfast and for the first time in a while managed it all ! I had Youghurt and granola , was super yummy ❤️

    So this happened yesterday and I’m stil on cloud 9 from it 😅 overcame such a huge part of anxiety by doing this ! Over 100 delegates I don’t know how I did it

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Yesterday in drama at the performing arts school we were asked who we thought a warrior was. I said myself because I have battled through bullying for 2 years.  I was too nervous to mention the bullying part so I whispered it to the drama teacher and she said it instead. Everyone was actually understanding and one boy said he got bullied too.

    I am proud of myself the last few days because when I had a crisis with my mental health I reached out for help and saw my GP who really helped me and talked to me 25 mins and gave me diazapam and my other meds etc. I used the meds to keep myself calm enough to be able to do lots of self care to help myself. In the past I would have ended up doing something bad and in hospital but I have done positive things to help myself and reached out and let professionals help me. 
    The sun will rise and we will try again

    Today I attended a social for my uni's Japan Society, which involved lots of talking and socialising. This is something I struggle with and am quite scared of, so I'm really proud of myself for finding the courage to go and try to make new friends. Even though it was really noisy and I was quite awkward in conversations, I still toughed it out and spoke to lots of new people!

    Stood up for myself and my mental health with an issue at work today, However I doubt there will be much of an outcome but I'm just proud I said something instead of dealing with the same issue daily
