    it wasn't a reduction course but a maintanance prog ...meaning they were mainting the habbits of these people very well.
    by the way ...methadone is more addictive than heroin. methadone zonks people out so they are not realy interested in working.

    £80 is not an arbitary figure, its roughly the current street price for a gram of heroin. And the BNF price is how much the NHS gets charged, so its a fairly good estimate. Tell me why it isn't.

    That isn't doctors prescribing recreational drugs with no therapeutic benefit - the whole point of prescribing would be to stabilise an addict and then reduce. If that isn't therapeutic, I dunno what is.
