As others have said you can take it up to 72 hours after sex, if your 72 hours are running out then make an emergency appointment with the nurse at your surgery. It is free from a doctor or nurse, and costs about £20 from a pharmacist who should still sit you down and talk it over with you before they give it to you.
By having unprotected sex you will have put yourself at risk to STIs as well as pregnancy so it may well be worth going to your local GUM clinic for a test ... more here

Part of the reason the sex age limit is what it is, is because under 16's are often not mature enough to have sex responsibly.
I've made mistakes like that and regretted it badly, but you got to take responsibilty for yourself.
