    Hey hey:)

Aw, that's a handful:( Would you like to talk some more about everything and how it's affecting you?

    How are you feeling today?

    Much love <3

    Hi @kathleen0172 ❤,
Thank you for replying :-) , yes it is all a handful, it can be overwhelming. I feel so guilty about the Anorexia because I feel like I've let my family down...not coping well at all but glad I found this! Also just opened up to my mum about being Bisexual.
    How are you doing today?

    Take care ❤xx

Hm, it does sound overwhelming, no surprise there 💜 There's def no need to feel guilty bud, though won't tell you not to as I know it's not like that. How have they acted about the anorexia?

Cool you opened up to your mum about being bi, how you feeling about that? And I'm glad you found this site too!

I could be worse, take care to you too ❤️

My mum has been so good about my Anorexia, my dad has struggled, I go to an outpatient ED clinic but a few months ago I was an inpatient, so glad to be home now :-)
I'm so glad I opened up to her, I wish I'd done it sooner, we've decided not to talk to my dad about it as I think he might find it all to much, hopefully in time I'll be able to tell him though.
I hope you've had an okay evening xxx

    Heyy welcome.

I dont have much advice. But i hope you find this place supportive. I have anorexia so understand how horrible that can be.
“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

    Hey @Shaunie,
Yeah it's horrid isn't it, are you getting some support?
Ive had CAT therapy for it and tbh it was not helpful at all. But getting support for borderline personality disorder now. I hope youre finding going to the eating disorder clinc helpful?

Glad your mom's been good with it @Past User :) As @Shaunie just mentioned, does the outpatient clinic help in any way, how does it make you feel?

I'm also glad that telling your mom went well. I think it's a good idea to not tell your dad yet if you're worried on how he'll take it, no rush after all.

@kathleen0172 and @Shaunie, unfortunately I find the clinic incredibly difficult but I know they are trying to help

@Shaunie, sorry to hear they weren't helpful to you , I tried FBT but it didn't help. If you ever want to chat feel free to message me x

Aw I'm sorry it's difficult for ya. Is it optional to go or do they force you to? 'Cause I just wondered, if you were able to stop going to the clinic, would you want to? xo
