    He's not coming.

I don't know what to do now. I shouldn't have pinned all my hopes on him it was really unfair of me.

It's easily done, it's not your fault. Can you call someone for a long chat?

I can't really do anything right now. I don't want to inflict all of that on anyone, I'm already doing it here.

I don't mean a long Deep and Meaningful, it can just be "Hello Sam we haven't talked for ages wasn't Doctor Who amazing on Saturday?...."

Now you're making cake, and I'm sat at work, with no cake, and not my proper access card, so no cake money. That's definitely not fair.

Oh, I meant I'll make my own breakfast! No cake yet.

Doctor's appointment didn't go well or badly really but it did run late so I've missed my 10am lecture (it's on the other side of the city I couldn't have got there).

I reckon you'll make it. At least to the doctor's. I often find a walk does me good.

    Went alright, I have drugs.

So plan for the next 24 hours. Motivation to do anything at all is really lacking, but if I write it down I guess it has to happen.

    Go pick up ADs
Go to gym with friend (luckily she's the sort of friend I can't cancel on)
Try and do at least 1 hour of work this evening
    Go to sleep
    Wake up
    Have a shower
    Eat breakfast
Go to both morning and afternoon shizz
Meet my guy and spend the evening with him

Yeah, I haven't been on ADs for over a year now. And Sertraline. Bit =/ because I've been on 3 other SSRIs before and they haven't worked, but OPEN MIND.

    Off to the gym xxx

I know a lot of people who say Sertraline's the only one that's worked if that helps with the open mind.

I'm going to try and go for a run later. Further solidarity.
