remember, its only another person at the end of the phone. its just like when you speak to someone face to face in real life really and you obviously have no problems doing that as you've had a job dealing with people face to face for years.

if so, keep pestering. pester pester pester. the more you pester, the more they'll want to get you a job so you stop annoying them. this is the tactic i used when i worked for a recruitment agency and i was never out of work really
however, as i was telling my brother last night (because like yourself, he has just finished uni and needs a job), in order to get a job with a recruitment agency, you have to make yourself known because well, there are so many candidates. if you don't pester and annoy them, they'll forget about you and fill up vacancies with the people who do.
