    Right. Good! Now thats sorted, dont have any more contact with him. Focus on your new life away from him and dont let him try to manipulate you cos he might very well just turned around and be like he was before.

    Unfortunately there has been a pattern - nice to you in person, nasty when you're not together. If he does get back in touch, and he's nasty, please see it for what it is, another attempt to control you, and ignore it.
