Masturbation Question

Hello, Im new here, with a bit of a legal/sex question.

I reside in Canada, and am 15 years old. The question I have is in regards to masturbation laws.

I saw a picture on the internet of a 15 year old girl that I know somewhat well. The picture was on a a certain social networking site. Is it legal (in Canada) to masturbate to that photo? It is just a regular photo, but it was attractive.

Please help.

    I don't think there are laws in any country against masturbation and if there are then they are outdated and not used.

    If she doesn't want people masturbating to her then she shouldn't publicly post pictures.
    But that aside, it is no different in my opinion than wanking over a picture of Britney Spears. Why are you so worried about it?

    Mostly because shes 15, and Im worried abotu child/pedophile related laws. She didnt post ehr picture because she expected people to masturbate to it. It was just a regular picture.

    It's not illegal to masturbate to a picture of a baby if you're that way inclined. It's not even illegal to masturbate to a picture of Barbara Bush. There's no such thing as thought police (just yet). Child porn laws are about owning particular images, not what you do with them.

    On another note, you shouldn't be basing your morality on what the law (or anything else) tells you is right or wrong. Base it on what you feel is right and wrong. Did anyone suffer as a result of this? No. Was anyone abused or exploited as a side-effect of your actions? No. Shock, horror, you find a girl the same age as you attractive.

    So you're saying that child porn laws are just in regards to the possession of pcitures with minors in sex acts. What I did (which of course was masturbation to a minor in a normal picture) was not illegal therefore? Actually, the pic showed her in a normal outfit but because of the colour you kinda saw her bra.

    Laws are the boss though. What murderers think is right is not what the law says is right, and their thoughts on the matter have no clout when they are convicted

    You should be right man...don't worry about it. Although i'm not Canadian, i'm Australian, as far as i'm aware there is no law in any Western country that makes what you did illegal.

    I hope so.....do you know for sure? Im kinda worried bout it, cause her bra was kinda showin, but i dont think it matters.

    Its not really about finding out. For me at least, its about living with a guilty conscience. Its stupid I know.

    My advice is to just not worry about it....sadly, since i'm not Canadian, i'm not very familiar with the laws there, but my advice would be to just not worry about it...what you do in your own private time is for you to know about and you alone. Besides, i think we've all done what you've done at some point, haven't we? Come on everyone...'fess up...i'll admit to it! ;)

    The only jist is that it was masturbation to that particular photo of the 15 year old girl. Its the photo itself.

    On the off chance that you're not a WUM, no, it makes no difference that you can see her bra. Look in a clothes catalogue, and you'll see kids in bikini's and underwear modelling the products. Hell, you could even have a naked picture of her and depending on the context, it wouldn't necessarily be judged as porn. A picture of a load of people at a naturist place, one of whom happens to be under 18, is not child porn. A picture of someone lying on a bed topless, obviously posing for the camera, is. It's a fine line, that you are way on the safe side of.

    I didn't say don't obey the law. I said don't treat the law as a guide for your morality, and therefore whether you feel guilty or not.

    But if I masturbated to those pictures, such as kids in bikins, is that illegal (I didnt masturbate to kids in bikinis, just using it as an example)

    Simply put, if you masturbate in the privacy of your home, and you are not masturbating to images of naked children or other illegal images which may or may not include rape, bestiality, etc then you are ok. Not too hard to understand. Now go off and have a wank and forget about it.
