Re: To job hunt or not to job hunt
Gosh I can hear how confusing this is for you @RainbowPenguin thanks for sharing with us
It's always a tricky situation when deciding whether to move on or not, and as you say, you'll never know 100% what another job or company would be like. I think it's a really positive thing that you're keeping an eye out on other jobs - even just knowing what's out there is a good idea
Likewise, progressing your skills sounds like a great idea, and will be of help when you do decide to move on
It's difficult to give you a conclusive answer here, but it sounds like you're thinking proactively and have some ideas on developing your skillset
Keep us updated!

Re: I can’t control my intense emotions, how do I gain control?
Hey @bignosegirly0 thanks so much for sharing with us, I can hear how difficult this must be for you and how it affects your to day to day social life. We're here for you
It must be so frustrating that the methods you've mentioned don't seem to stop your negative thinking - I can understand how distressing that must be. I wonder if you recognise any patterns or any triggers in social situations that tend to lead to your hypersensitivity? Perhaps by understanding this better, it may help you to find ways of coping
Keep us updated, we're here to listen

Re: Why I am not happy in my life
Of course
I've been in the same boat and might find myself in it in the future so I can relate to those feelings of inadequacy when searching for a job, it's definitely a lot. Glad my words could be of help !
