Re: Nervous all the time but for no reason at all / habit I formed
Hi @Amy22 you don’t need to apologise and you’re not wasting anyone’s time
I can relate to feeling more anxious when I’m not busy with other things (like in the school holidays my thoughts just get out of control). Was there like a specific trigger you noticed for this? Like for example if something happened a couple of weeks ago that bothered you or something. Maybe you could try documenting when you’re feeling like this so you can try and see what’s causing it. I’m glad you’ve been able to talk to your mum about things

Re: my mum. :( ( addiction )
I can see why you might be feeling that way. It does sound very overwhelming and a lot for any one person to handle. Are you doing anything to take care of yourself to take your mind away what's happening with your mum? I know that might be really difficult to do when she's been so unwell

Re: my mum. :( ( addiction )
I'm really sorry to hear that your mum has been unwell, it must be so difficult for you all. It looks like she's been in safe hands and i'm really glad to hear that. I hope she feels better soon and that you are looking after yourself during this tricky time

Re: I'm such a horrible person
Hey @Chloe234 you sound like you’re going through a really awful time and you’re dealing with a lot, it also sounds like you’re feeling really isolated, does that sound right? I obviously don’t know you personally but I can tell you this, you sharing these feelings with us all was incredibly brave and I’m proud of you for sharing ❤️ Always here to chat

Re: Im so fed up. tw
You deserve to feel heard and understood @NateORlucah. Your feelings are valid, especially with all that you have experienced (and continue to experience).
What would you view as a good coping strategy? I am wondering if you could build just one good coping strategy in what that might look like for you.
For me, I think of music, the cinema/theatre and colouring (lots of Disney within all of those). We are all here with you and you are doing so well talking to us about this
