There’s stuff absolutely everywhere, my mum wants to sort stationery when I’ve got so much to do today, so now I’m trying to do a million things at once, everything is going wrong and I have to get up and move everything around every few minutes because someone wants to walk through the house. I can’t deal with all this, I know it’s just pathetic but I need it all to just stop for a minute

Today was so shit. Dont have the energy to explain rn but maybe will tmmr. Js dissappointed and drained. An argument with my sister over test didnt help either but oh well. eerythings falling apart but its fine. gonna go cry.

(and if you're still feeling the effects of the panic attack) - try take a moment for yourself, just focusing on deep breaths and trying to ground yourself into your surroundings and where you are, maybe even try and focus on the things around you.
