This time of year my PTSD gets to its worst point. The flashbacks, the memories, it all just comes and takes over my thoughts. It gives me awful anxiety.
I have Worked so hard to be where I am now in life and having everything try to take it all away and set me back is awful and really messes with me. I constantly beat myself up about it.

Thank you @Amy22, that's very kind. That sounds really cool, I find anatomy interesting as well though it sounds like your knowledge is way more in-depth which is very impressive. I definitely agree on drawing being therapeutic - I find when I get into doing something like drawing I kind of get tunnel vision and forget about everything else lol, although I'm autistic so maybe that's why hehe. If you ever draw or sketch again in the future I'd be super interested to see
