I can understand this as my partner, who I’ve been with for 7 years, is both shorter and smaller than me. It goes against all the stereotypes but, just to reassure you, it can and does work out. I think he feels more insecure than I do about it, especially when I choose to wear heels (which tbf I don’t often as I’m a giant as it is lol)
Do you feel quite insecure in yourself in general? You say it’s not about what other people think and that makes sense, it’s about how you’re feeling about it. I’m just wondering if you feel like that in other areas too?
I know for me lack of confidence is a big issue, and I’m working on that, so I can’t really give any advice. But I know where you’re coming from

@Redemption that sounds difficult. Im sorry I cant offer any advice or help. All I can really say is keep going you'll find something eventually you seem like a smart person who knows their stuff so you have to be stubborn. Im not sure if this is any help but when im frustrated I tend to complain about it rant scream cry but then I get back up this might sound harsh but whether you find a job or not the world's gonna keep spinning and yes of course you can be mad about it and vent about it we're all here for you but rember you can keep spining with the world or let it spin around you. Im sorry if this sounds harsh but sometimes we need to hear it. I hope that helps even if its a little

the little things you do matter. the small steps you take the tiny goals you achieve each day even if they do not mean much in the moment. remember they all add up and one day they will all make sense. so start where you are start with what you have today. even if some days the old feelings of doubt and pain appear in your heart again and they make you feel afraid to take any more steps. remind yourself that these feelings are not permanent and you are still capable of moving ahead. believe that the same way life has helped you grow through your past circumstances it will use these moments of doubt and challenges to help you grow stronger again.
