They just released a duckey keyring which is also a fidget toy you press and the duck quacks. I'll send a pic of them over

ah no way at least you got the warm weather. I think in Wales we going to have a storm coming over soon so that means more cold weather. I can't wait for things to warm up again so I can go out more in the sunny weather. Omg ikr the ducks are absolutely adorable and they even quack as well!.

@Faolan Hello, sorry for the late response. I've been to therapy a few times before. One was for treating my low self esteem. And the other was for treating my body dysmorphia. I will say my self esteem is better than last year, thankfully. But sometimes, I do struggle with extreme lows, feeling like I have no worth. Hopefully, I will get better as time goes on.

I have just talked to my mum and she might contact the doctors but I’m not happy about that but I do have my blood tests soon so we need to go to the doctors anyway to get the blood test forms x
