@Redemption I hear how heavy that feels. Setbacks can be so discouraging and it makes sense that you’d feel doubtful right now. But they don’t define you and don’t mean you have failed at all. They show how you’ve been trying and working hard which is a testament to your strength.

Every step you take, even the small ones, matters. I hope you can give yourself credit for what it takes just to keep going.
