(and if you're still feeling the effects of the panic attack) - try take a moment for yourself, just focusing on deep breaths and trying to ground yourself into your surroundings and where you are, maybe even try and focus on the things around you.
hope you're okay and remember we are all here for you and support you - you're absolutely not alone

Re: Found them
Hey @Rose113
It can be really fun connecting with people who share your interests online. Just wanted to send a quick reminder that whilst making friends online is great, it's also important to be a little cautious 🤞🏼
Always keep in mind that you don't always know someone exactly how they seem online. To help you navigate things safely, The Mix has an article with some tips for staying safe online: https://www.themix.org.uk/crime-and-safety/personal-safety/how-to-stay-safe-online-29437.html
It covers things like keeping personal info private and being careful what you share. No pressure to read it all, but just some info to keep in your back pocket in case it's helpful
Remember, you're always in control of what you share and who you interact with
So happy you feel like you have found like-minded people!

Re: What is there to do in life?
Sending lots of hugs your way @spacedog
It's understandable to hear how you're feeling after coming out of hospital. It sounds like you've been through a lot and it's not easy adjusting back somewhere after being in hospital for a while. Remember, it's completely okay to feel everything you're feeling right now. We're all here for you Iain, there are so many people who care about you here. Keep us updated with how you're feeling
How’s your support looking at the moment since coming out of the hospital?

Re: Autism Diagnosis
@violynenjoyer You're welcome! It's completely understandable to have feelings of apprehension when reaching out. Keep us updated!
