It's sounding so tough right now @eylah being sectioned and not wanting this to happen. It's so hard when things feel out of our control. How are you feeling at the moment? And how are you finding the support from the hospital staff?

I was looking through Mind's website and came across some really helpful information about the different types of sections that you might want to read to find out a bit more about what's happening. They also have some information about your rights when you've been sectioned too.

We're here for you @eylah. You're being so brave. Keep going and remember how strong you are

Oh no, I’m really sorry that you went through this, panic attacks are horrible. How are you feeling? Hope that the attack fades away soon if it’s still happening.
