Re: Started hearing voices
i wouldnt stop medication instantly bc it can have nasty effects on your mind and health have you spoken to your mh professional abt this? im not a specialist but it could be bc youve stop your medication. a psychiatrist would be able to help bc they are specialists in medication for mh and maybe talking to them abt your worries with medication? sending you hugs. 🫂

Re: struggling with urges.
@eylah I can't begin to imagine what you're going through - I'm sending you so so much love and strength during such a difficult time. I'm so sorry you're going through such a painful time right now. It's completely understandable that you're feeling overwhelmed, especially after losing someone so close to you. Grief can be incredibly hard to cope with, and it's okay to feel sad, lost, or even angry right now.
I completely understand your concerns about confidentiality, and it's totally valid to feel hesitant to reach out to helplines. From what I know, these services only break confidentiality if they feel you're in serious danger. If you ever feel ready or able to, they could provide some extra support to talk through your thoughts and feelings
. They're really there to help during times like this.
I'm really glad to hear that you're staying safe, even though I know it’s incredibly hard. I'm just sharing some resources just in case you need them for immediate support at any point:
Are there any other friends, family, or people you feel safe talking to about how you're feeling right now? Sometimes sharing with someone in your close circle can also make things feel a little lighter.
Please remember to be gentle with yourself. You’re going through so much, and it’s okay to take things one step at a time. You deserve kindness, especially from yourself. As always, we're here for you whenever you need us.

Re: struggling with urges.
its normal to cry during grief; it gets all of your emotions out.
Re: Will counselling / therapy be helpful for me for all of this ?
theres CBT and DBT which could help you. theres also normal counselling where you speak to a normal counsellor and work through your problems.
Re: Will counselling / therapy be helpful for me for all of this ?
it could be the case that therapy or counselling of some kind may work - although it's important to remember that whilst things may work for some, it might not for others
it may be useful for you to talk to a professional about the struggles and challenges you face, and potentially try and adjust your outlook to one that is positive and helps you find the good in things.
it could work - but it is also okay if it becomes something you try and then realise isn't for you. it's all about finding how to best support yourself to better improve YOUR mental health

Re: What’s your fave teddy/plushie
if i had the skills to crochet in the first place (and the equipment to do so) i would sooo attempt it.
Re: What’s your fave teddy/plushie
i completely agree @Rose113 - i'd definitely buy a 'the mix' plushie - take my moneyyy 😂
I would also buy some mix plushies as well
