Re: (Trig sh) Thoughts creeping in again
Hey @Distraction, I'm really sorry you're feeling this way, and I want to acknowledge how hard it is to keep fighting, even when things feel overwhelming. First, I want to say that you're strong for reaching out and sharing this - it takes a lot of courage to be open about what you’re experiencing.
It sounds like therapy has helped you in one area, but it’s understandable that you’re feeling stuck when it comes to other parts of your life. Do you feel comfortable sharing what you feel therapy hasn’t addressed?
If you’re feeling close to giving in to old habits, can you think of anything that’s helped hold you back before, even when it’s been tough? It might be helpful to revisit those small steps that kept you moving forward.
I know you’re doing your best, and it’s okay to feel frustrated - you've done a positive thing by reaching out here. Have you had a chance to talk to your therapist about this, to see if there are different strategies or approaches to try? Maybe there’s something that could shift in your therapy to better support what you’re facing now.
It’s important to remember you don’t have to go through this alone. We're all here for you.

Re: 2 nites ago
maybe it wouldve been better if you were more polite about it like kindly asking him to leave. if he doesnt and is rude to you back do that.
Re: Upcoming Data Cleaning 🧹
I used to look at the super old posts right before I was even born and it's acutally very interesting to see what people talked about back then compared to now. Eventhough I have seen some posts that have had odd links or (inappropriate things attachted to them tbf) so I understand why you may need to do some tidying up and cleaning.

Re: Is it ok that I don't like getting the bus?
I don’t like the bus, and i especially don’t like standing about waiting for the bus, but it’s the only way I can get around while also maintaining my independence. I will get a lift if the buses are awkward or it’s absolutely pissing down with rain, but otherwise I get it. I don’t like it hugely though, being cramped in with 40 sweaty people isn’t that fun
Re: Upcoming Data Cleaning 🧹
damn, ive seen those 2002 posts and they seem so nostalgic compared to today's posts. im sad hat theyre being removed, but at the same time its probably for the best.
Re: Upcoming Data Cleaning 🧹
I liked the ancient posts 🤣 they were funny. But it makes sense to remove them, I’ve come across some weird stuff before.
Re: I wish I wasn't like this
Hey Chloe, I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling so low. You’re right, it’s not fair - this world isn’t fair and it’s always the best people who get dealt the worst cards in life. Big hugs
