I'm hearing that you're blaming yourself a lot for the breakup, and it has left you feeling like you are controlling, manipulative, possessive and selfish. You don't deserve to feel that way about yourself, but it's understandable you might be feeling that way about yourself after what has happened.
You mentioned that you give up and I can see you said you've spoken with Samaritans, which is so strong of you to reach out to them. I'm wondering what support they gave you when you spoke to them?

have you tried kellys heroes? they’re a webchat mh listening ear service. ive tried them in the past and they can be rly helpful depending who you get.
