I'm hearing that you're blaming yourself a lot for the breakup, and it has left you feeling like you are controlling, manipulative, possessive and selfish. You don't deserve to feel that way about yourself, but it's understandable you might be feeling that way about yourself after what has happened.
You mentioned that you give up and I can see you said you've spoken with Samaritans, which is so strong of you to reach out to them. I'm wondering what support they gave you when you spoke to them?

have you tried kellys heroes? they’re a webchat mh listening ear service. ive tried them in the past and they can be rly helpful depending who you get.

honestly I don’t know anymore but I just done feeling really depressed not looking after myself not doing anything I don’t have the energy anymore
Hey @LolaPumpkin13 I hear you, going outside feels like a big task, maybe exhausting? Just the little things feel like to much when you are in this head space, it sounds like this mental strain is affecting your physically. Do you feel comfortable going into a little more detail in ways you are struggling to look after yourself?

@LolaPumpkin13 that sounds draining, I'm sure being around negativity of your mum moaning can affect your mood. Are you struggling to get space away from it?
