    im feeling rly low but sadly no helplines are open til later and i already tried shout and they werent helpful. i tried knus to and that wasnt helpful i cant do qwell they dont cover my area sadly. so im alone in this :heartbreak: im trying to find a helpline that i havent contacted before bc then they might actually care & help me but there is nowhere :/. tried sos helpline last night they wasnt supportive they was so JUDGMENTAL. :/ im safe im just having one of my moments lol

    in terms of helplines, have you tried mind or papyrus? they are both open atm - i know it’s a little while away but saneline opens at 4:30pm, maybe they could be worth a try later, if you still need to talk?

    kelly’s heroes are open 6pm-10pm monday-thursday and then 6pm-11pm friday-sunday!
