I really love this thread as it can be hard to focus on the positives when struggling with mental health and recognise when we are making progress and doing something positive and this thread clearly shows all the positives things your doing:) keep going eylah, you got this<3
havent managed to eat it bc it was to much but im going to try making spaghetti bolognaise later for dinner. ❤️
Every time you do something that you didn't think was possible before, you're creating memories that you can 'bank' for yourself to use in the future, to remind yourself that you CAN do these things
Even if eating feels hard again the next day, or a panic attack gets overwhelming again (because recovery doesn't have to be linear to be valid) - each of these steps that you're taking can serve as reminders that it's possible to feel better too
