I remember themix helped me to step out my front door. Is there a condition to do with tht or was it just self esteem issues

    I can hear how you have both struggled with or are struggling with leaving your front doors.

    @eylah @Laura_tigger82 Could it hav been to do with being put down all the time. Last week I was in the bath n I felt how I did in the last town. I held my knees to my chest n was trying to think happy. Y do feelings return?

    feelings return for many reasons. did something happen in town. if so. it could be bc of trauma related issues. the way your scared to leave your door. ik how that feels. bc mines trauma related. ellie your so strong. <3

    @eylah @AnonymousToe @Laura_tigger82 Idk y wen a big thing hpn ppl act. Bc in the past ppl thought I was a silly little girl making things up so I stay silent for years, Bottling things up. I had proper help the first time wen I cried on someone's shoulder
