@eylah @Laura_tigger82 Could it hav been to do with being put down all the time. Last week I was in the bath n I felt how I did in the last town. I held my knees to my chest n was trying to think happy. Y do feelings return?

feelings return for many reasons. did something happen in town. if so. it could be bc of trauma related issues. the way your scared to leave your door. ik how that feels. bc mines trauma related. ellie your so strong.
