    Hiya @ellie2000 how are you? Thats a great question.Sometimes people listen to different meditations to go to sleep.I know that Netflix have some made by the company headspace.Theirs also the headspace app or calm app however i think u might hv to pay for a lot of the things on their but not everything. I use audiobooks as well i find them quite relaxing.You can pay for audible app or your local library might have a app that u can sign into with ur library card if you have one
    YouTube also have good meditations and white noise ie rainfall or beach. Here’s one I tried recently and it’s quite nice to imagine urself on holiday
