    Yes it's mostly theoretical, I think it's the best approach but it's hard to prove why hopefully if I read some more I can found out why. Ooh looking at different disease might be a good shout, hopefully its been trialled for something else. I'll look into that when I get back from my lecture.

    Fair enough, not the best but not the worst. I always hated core and cardio most. :p

    Oh aha. To be honest I'm just lucky to have started going with my friends, it made it much easier learning what to do. Still just certain exercises are rough for me, I know anything on the pull up bar makes me super light headed - hence the doctors appointment I've made before renewing my gym membership. Otherwise core and cardio knock me sick but that's just cause I'm unhealthy. :D Hopefully I can get a bit fitter again before starting Jiu Jitsu, because in my experience the fitness drills you do at any combat sport are brutal.

    A but disappointed because the charity that I'm working with is closing it’s doors for a month so unfortunately I have nothing to do so I applied for a role on here to be a mod
