For those who don't have the words or it feels like too much to type lots, leave a heart rating!
(Pic description -
Mental Health Check in (picture of a rat)
Red heart - I'm doing great!
Yellow heart - I'm doing good
Orange heart - I'm doing okay
Blue heart - I'm starting to struggle
Purple heart - I'm having a really hard time
Black heart - I'm in a really bad place
End of pic description)
If you find it easier writing out the colour, that's absolutely okay too

It's just that my emotions are all over the place and I'm feeling very overwhelmed by alot of things. Too many things are happening at the same time and I can't focus on just one thing and it's stressing me out

Thanks for your response. I am really sorry to hear you are having a difficult time.
In addition to what @Joe asked, I am wondering if you would like to expand on what is making you feel this way?
Are things just generally starting to feel chaotic? If so, could you slow down, focus on yourself and do some grounding and meditation activities?
If it is that you have a lot to do, could you write a list for yourself? I often find that lists put things into perspective and allow me to focus on one task at a time.

@laura_tigger82 thank you so much. The feeling is quite general. You know when at times you start feeling all these things you have been holding in for so long its kind of like that. I had some hardships this year and things aren't really good right now and having so many intrusive thoughts aren't helping much.
I used the orange heart and the blue one because things aren't so bad yet. But as each day goes by everything get worse. Emotions keeps piling up and I don't know any healthy ways to let them out.
I know I'm being very vague and general but I don't really know to explain this- feeling too much at once. It could be because of spiraling of bpd that Im feeling this way.

I think you have done the best thing as you have already identified you are starting to struggle.
It is okay to not always understand why you are starting to struggle
The most important thing is identifying who and what can support you when you are starting to struggle.
Are you able to write a list of maybe 5-10 things that usually help you when you are starting to struggle?
For me, this would include things such as talking to people I trust, colouring, writing how I feel, listening to music that makes me happy or that I can relate to, going for relaxing walks in my local area, having a warm bath/shower, reading a book, watching a comfort television programme (such as The Simpsons), having a warm drink and getting plenty of sleep.
