    My friends. I’ve had a rubbish day and I was about to go to bed when a woman I used to know phoned me to ask me something. We ended up chatting on the phone for half an hour. Made the day a bit better at least.

    I just had a really fun time enjoying all the spooky stuff for Halloween! I saw decorations everywhere, people in costumes and got to have fun in my own way at home too. :D Just a shame that it's over already!

    Video calls! My sister gave my niece her phone and I saw her watching the fireworks for the first time <3
    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
