    @Shaunie if you’d asked me that this time last year I’d of said yes but I’ve hardly bothered with alcohol at all since christmas lol.

    I’m okay. 

    Got a WhatsApp group from therapy. And one from my support group. They all have BPD and it’s a nice group. We are talking about how in this area they refuse to admit people in hospital for BPD. But they do it in other areas

    @GreenTea I love chill days! Nothing better than getting into a freshly washed bed either. 

    I’m going to the beach with the dog, just need to get out I think. Haven’t been to the beach in ages.
