    I went for a wee before chat, and my bathroom door broke and I got stuck in there a whole hour. I started getting really panicked and then my housemate finally came home and kicked the door through to get me out. And then I come to chat and it’s broken 😅 today is going so well

    Thank you. It is so sad that I can't even speak to my family. It feels like I am completely isolated but I bottle it up.

    yeah, I'll give it until the end of the week I guess. Idk how long I'm meant to wait I just feel like things are getting worse again and not having consistent support is kind of a struggle for me.

    Just want this feeling to go away. It's so hard to have a conversation because I just stutter and stumble over my words and my family don't understand my anxiety
