    Ive never had an issue with not being able to comment on threads though, thats unusual! Hope it gets sorted soon, fo sho.

    Have you done anything that may help you relieve the tension? Breathing exercises, are you watching the TV now? Maybe you could focus on picking things out like cars etc? 💖

    Yeh watching TV at the moment. It's just a constant feeling. I feel constantly on edge and anxious and it affects me so much.. it's starting to feel so uncontrollable

    Sleep will probably be something that is not going to happen to me. :( Didn't get to sleep until 1am this morning and I woke up at about 9:30am.

    That sounds really tough @GreenTea 💖 have you got a nice warm drink? A nice cuppa maybe if you like those, breathing and keeping busy can help

    Nah just got water.. not feeling to great because went out for dinner. I try to keep busy but not always able to
