    @GreenTea nope and im starting to get proper anxious about the call again!! If they don't call tomorrow im going to message pastoral and ask whats happening. Don't they realise they are calling me for mental health stuff?

    @GreenTea It was a struggle for me to ask in the first place (got a friend to ask instead this time) don't really know how much I can take, im so sick of fighting

    V stressed one of the blood tests came back abnormal but guessing it’s okay seeing as GP haven’t range me yet

    Yeah I’m sure they would call you if there was an issue with any of the results x
    The steps you take don’t need to be big, they just need to take you in the right direction.

    Yeah actually not sure if I’m gonna do it but want to try because I know it’ll make me feel even a little bit better. Was also supposed to be meeting with a few friends on the beach though I’m not going now. And I’m definitely not going to be getting to any of my school work today oops :pensive:

    @Starlight I know it’s really hard to do even the stuff you enjoy when you’re feeling like that, it sounds like a good plan to try to do your dancing though (even if you don’t do anything else) if it’ll make you feel better <3 I’m a bit like that with my online exercise classes. I feel rubbish and don’t want to do them then I do it and I feel a bit better.
