    Just cant handle the big dinners. I feel so guilty and wish I wasn’t so weak. But I feel like need to hid because am so fat now and going to skip meals and feel never leave house

    And I don’t want to be rude to anyone ofc. As know is true. I’m just saying how I feel But kinda annoying how many times people say how difficult christmas is for a lot. And only emphasise on that. I Know is true and is hard.  It just makes me feel like I should feel guilty if I feel okay today

    Absolutely agree Meggles!  Today I got more than I could have asked for from both my partner and his family.  They could of not got me anything especially bring the outsider but everyone got me at least one and I'm super grateful because they put money into it. Hurts to see people being rotten when so many out there don't get any or even food xo

    @Shaunie I get what you mean but you definitely shouldn't feel guilty feeling Okay or happy and grateful is wonderful!  And if you're Feeling positive that's great to hear :) xo

    Pretty great thanks banana! Got a little sad as I started missing home while both thinking about having to go home at the same time lol but just enjoying the good moments right now :) got plenty of nice pressies and saw some great people, made up for the gift of an endo flare up for Christmas haha Xo

    I don’t deserve the expensive presents I got. Makes me feel bad. Not that i am ungrateful as I really like them & am really grateful people took time & money on me. I Just lack self worth :/

     I Get where you're coming from Shaunie it's like I got at least one present off all my Boyfriends family and while I was happy I felt really bad. 
    But in the end I just focused on being grateful. I had a bit of a cry because everyone took the time to get me some things but it was happy because I was included xo

    I'm glad you like them ❤ And it can really help to remember why you deserve them.

    I don't even know you on a personal level but i know You always offer something to others here even during personal difficult times. You're kind and you're doing so well you absolutely deserve it :)

    This thread is lovely - great shout @*BananaMonkey* on starting it.   

    @Shaunie it sounds like Christmas is particularly hard this year, and that's okay.   You are doing incredibly well by reaching out for support.  Its not always easy.  It looks like there is a lot of love  in this community for you.
