Hospital Food...
What do you think of it...?
I now know it is horrible...
The toast in the morning that cums round is cold...
And like the Sunday roast dinners is like coldish and like slop...
Does anyone agree...

I was throwing up everything I was eating in hospital... As soon as I got home I got my apitite back.
I agree it's not good, but considering the scale of the operation AND that they have to bring it to you it could be an awful lot worse. That said, if I was in hospital I think I'd be eating in the canteen!
If you were allowed down to the canteen.
When my mum was in hospital I used to smuggle in pizza for her from the takeaway down the road
The ward most probably won't re-heat in but they nromally have patient fridges so can keep yogurts, juice etc
Yeah the food isn't that great but for the amount they have and the number of patients to cater for it's hardly going to be amazing!
its best to just bring in your own stuff
Obviously not gourmet, but I've definitely had worse. I those tiny pots of ice-cream, too.
Except they're always melted by the time they get to you. :yeees:
I just make sure I order fresh fruit.
Mine weren't! The little polystyrene cup kept it all lovely and cold It was the highlight of my days!
Mine was warm every day. And I wasn't keeping anything else down. Sucks.
Bolton hospital food is yummy
Bad times
Leeds hospitals are so shit at everything else I suppose they have to have a strong point! Although I spent a couple of days at one of the Hull hospitals last year and the food there was ok too (and the ice cream frozen!).
Clearly Yorkshire = awesome
I was in Sheffield.
Sheffield is practically Derbyshire
Damn inbred South Yorkshire folk.
I'm laughing cos it's true.
Chavtastic.
To be honest I think Chesterfield and Sheffield are sort of a little thing of their own... We don't belong anywhere. :crying: They think we're notherners down in south derbyshire... and then you yorkshirites don't love us either.
I'm going to go say hello to my worm collection at the bottom of the garden now... They're my only friends. *sniff*
