I was addicted to coke, it got me in so much shit...I love it but hate it so much at the same time, if you get my meaning. Don't touch it these days, got in too much debt e.t.c.
Base gives me horrific come downs if it's decent stuff, and if it's not decent then it's a load of shit - so I don't touch that either.
Pills are the way forward, only done ket a few times but it was mental shit!

Pins and needles running all over your face and electric pulses shooting through your arm were common comedown symptoms for me when I had a heavy night on speed.
Vicky's (non)eating plan at the weekend sounds far too familiar, less so now i'm not a student though.
Nothing specific, but if my stomach is empty I just can't sleep.
I usually eat tomatoes at bedtime if I'm hungry, or some fruit or whatever needs the least amount of preparation- because I'm lazy. Today I am eating tesco poppadoms as my bedtime snack, because they are there.
