Keanu, Callum, Britney, Porsche and anything that sounds like it belongs to one of those redneck weirdos on Jerry Springer who've either married their cousin or their horse :D

Name babies after famous people totally sucks.

Changing the spelling of a name to "make it Welsh" sucks too.

    e.g. Howell changed to Hywel.

Honestly, what's the fucking point if it sounds the same?

Elinor is just as valid a spelling as Eleanor, for instance. Different languages.

Yeah but Welsh just totally sucks. The language is horribly unattractive.

Atmas mebbe. The spellings are sometimes nice, although as a general rule Gaelic spellings are nicer.

Oh, and like i said in the other thread, any name with a - in is horrific.

Yes, in my opinion. I don't see how anyone can find the South Wales accent or the Welsh language attractive.

What do you mean? Words with an "a" in? Like Damon or James?

Luckily I live near England so I don't sound Welsh, though occasionally the accent seeps through. God damn it.

Some of the female old versions; like, Barbara, Beatrice, Maragaret (That how ya spell it) etc.

Then the really baby names, that aren't soo cute when they are older; like, Abigail, Melissa.

Don't know about the lads names *shrugs*

I agree. Same goes for Wayne, but not quite to the same extent as Dwayne/Duane/etc.

I just fail to see why you'd give your child a name like that. With most names, however horrible, you can see why. Even Kylie-Beyonce, or something equally horrific, you can see the motivation behind it.

But Duane? It's just beyond comprehension for me. :(
