@Lottie5433 Calling and talking over the phone can be so overwhelming, you're not on your own in that, it's normal you'd be unsure about calling N to talk about this. I'm wondering when your next appointment with N is where you could talk more about this face-to-face?
I'm hearing you have a busy day ahead of you, with going for breakfast this morning with your partner, working this afternoon and then having a get together for your partner's birthday. It can be difficult when you feel like you're masking everything, but I'm wondering if those plans for today might help take your mind off the thoughts and urges? We're here with you if you need to vent your thoughts and feelings in between the busyness of today.
@Callum my next session with N is next Wednesday but that’s online as we've had to change the time my sessions are as N is now running a group and won’t be back in time for 12 when my session is , so it’s now 1:30/2pm. My next face-to-face is the following Wednesday (29th).

the plans might help take my mind off the urges but I’ll have to wait and see tbh, just coz breakfast is making my ED voice loud but I don’t want to tell my partner that
