I am not sure @ellie2000 if I am being completely honest. Do you think it is good and is this something you might be able to discuss with your therapist? :)

@Laura_tigger82 previously in the other town I couldn't get anything coz I had it all. I had peer support and fone calls towards the end.
Are towns better than others in the mental health fields? Can I keep goin with a service if it's in another town?

Hey @ellie2000 - great to hear that you found a therapist, I hope they're helpful and supportive! I imagine that services availability and quality will vary between towns/cities based on staff, resources, demand etc, so it's possible that some towns will be better than others for mental health. I'm not sure about the service question - I'd imagine you could still use it, though if you've moved further away, you may need to consider whether the extra journey time is viable.

Regarding the phone calls, they're a useful way to check in with your therapist - that being said, if you feel that they're too frequent, I'd speak with your therapist and agree on a communication pattern that you're both happy with :)

    Hey @ellie2000

Wonderful to hear that you have the support of a therapist! The therapeutic relationship can help support us through some challenging times and find a way to live as our authentic, true selves. How have you been finding the sessions so far?

I'd agree with the above in that you'd likely need to discuss the questions you have with the therapist/service you're working with currently, they should have the answers you're looking for.

    Take care
