Cold/Sneeze since December

I’ve literally had a cold since December of just sneezing all the time. I’ve had 3 PCR tests since then and done loads of lateral flow tests but all negative. It feels like I’ve got this cold for life now. I feel like the only answer is that I’ve had covid and it didn’t show up and now I’ve got long covid. It’s really annoying cause when sneezing a lot at night I can’t sleep with my nose all stuffy.
“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

Have you spoken to your GP about this maybe they can test your COVID antibodies to see if you’ve had COVID previously
The steps you take don’t need to be big, they just need to take you in the right direction.

That must be so exhausting @Shaunie honestly, especially when you've put in such continued effort to work out what is going on with your body right now. Repeatedly getting those negative results must be so frustrating especially when you're so confused about what this ongoing problem is being caused by! It sounds like a doctor should definitely be trying to help you to understand what is going on, and hopefully, gaining some relief from all these symptoms! I know @Dandelion has already asked, but have the GPs been helpful through this? <3 huge hugs and hope that you can gain some answers soon xxx
