    I used to really enjoy swimming when I was younger . Did anyone else have those swimming lessons when they was in primary school

    I Remeber I they would get us to swim across the shallow end and that determined what group we was in 😂😂

    I used to do the group swimming lessons on a Saturday morning so I was the boss at swimming 😂

    Guys, lets move on... Probably best not to mention about the sugar when someone says what they're eating/drinking. I dont have a ED and ive felt guilty about it before but i mentioned that, it was sorted and we moved on. Eat, drink whatever you'd like. Best to drop it and keep chatting about general things, like the threads for :smiley:

    That's alright @GreenTea and i totally understand. I just know that as someone without a ED, it has made me uncomfortable at times so it must be worse for someone with an ED. You are entitled to your opinions though, of course.

    Its sooo humid and my eyes are real sore from itching them :lol: think i should jump in the shower, that usually helps with hayfever lol

    Ooh cool. Have you ever done one of those feet masks? I did a coconut one and my feet were insanly good looking after. Definitely worth trying if you like things like face masks etc

    I won't be doing any self care any time soon. Got £100 to my name because apparently underpaided my tax.. stupidly paid it all in one go.. (one of the many reasons I'm an utter emotional state and why today was shit)
