    It’s anxiety sick I know I need to calm down but I can’t there’s so many noises on and I just need 5 minutes

    @Dandelion I get you speaking in front of a big group is one of the major things I get anxious about. It’s really hard to do this but it might help to think to yourself that it probably won’t be as bad as you think it will be.
