Well i booked an appointment for a proper counciler i rang a number (inclued in the convo i am haveing. i am am doing this as i dont want to be branded an attenion seeker (which i am not)
This will also be my last thread on this topic and once it has ended i wont bother asking for help on here again
inferiority complex... i had one, still do to some extent but no longer need to proove myself ( i only did it to people i knew really well anyway cos they were the only ones i cared about)

Rep The counselling is, but if you go to the doctors about sleeping tablets, make sure where he stands with confidentiality
Me Okay i will make sure although if i have sleeping tabs im scared i will try to over dose

Look - some people did give you advice, some people didn't...but so far you haven't taken the advice seriously! Really you should go to the police and tell them what happened if only because it may save someone else from the same fate.
Good for you going to see a counsellor, perhaps you should have done it a bot earlier?
