Sorry I just got distracted by twitter and google etc. How are you doing?
Morning Angel.
How are you?
I'm in pain and can't sleep
Sowwi to hear you are in pain *hug* - Why are you in pain?
I'm good thanks, just pondering around the internet :P
Period pain grrrr.
I'm doing an online gardening course at the moment on container gardening.
Have you tried a hot water bottle?
Sounds interesting :chin: - Hows that going? :P
That's a good idea - why didn't I think of that?!
I have a hot water bottle in my self sooth kit we had to make for therapy. Have you done one of those? Mine has in it - hot water bottle, perfume, a cross and a bible (as I am a Christian), camomile tea, posh knitting yarn to squidge (arctic qiviut incase any knitters read this), paint brush (as I love to paint), ribbon, bath bomb, body lotion, lavender oil, a stone (given to me by a friend), a candle and a hat for Randomcat (as however shit I feel nothing cheers me up more than seeing a cat in a hat!).
The online gardening course is good as I can do it at irregular times like when I can't sleep. I've done online sewing and knitting courses through the same website (craftsy.com) that are really good. The container gardening one is taught by an American lady with a strong accent and she talks fast and if I'm honest I'm finding it a bit hard to understand her but I expect I'll get used to it soon enough (I've just done lesson one of the course just now).
Do you buy the courses?
Cool. Maybe I'll start a thread in health about self-sooth kits as I'm sure lots of people would find it useful and might not see this thread.
Yes I bought the online courses although the same website has got some free ones. They are always having sales and I got the gardening courses for £6 each for literally hours worth of material.
