    Maybe it's better to stay inside because you have been drinking and you will be vulnerable. Open the windows wide and have some coffee. Can you phone somebody? Maybe write it down in a diary or something. Sounds silly but I look for quotes when I am really low, can get you through the black hours. Remember gin is going to make you feel worse for a long time.
